Processing Time

We aim to handle all orders within a 1-3 business day timeframe, contingent on our shipment deliveries within the designated delivery area. Please note that orders are not dispatched or delivered on public holidays and weekends. If there is a surge in order volumes, there might be a slight delay in shipments for a few days. Kindly factor in extra transit days for the delivery process. If there is a substantial delay in shipping your order, we will reach out to you via email or phone to provide updates.

Same Day Delivery 

Lalamove – Place and check out your orders with us before 12 PM and opt in for Lalamove as your delivery method. Only available on working days.

Damages 

We do not assume liability for any products that sustained damage or lost during shipping through our trusted shipping partners. If you happen to receive your order in a damaged condition or if it becomes lost during transit, we kindly request that you reach out to the shipment carrier to initiate a formal claim. It is crucial to retain all packaging materials and the damaged items as evidence when making a claim.

Please be aware that we retain the discretion to withhold replacement of any shipping parcels that have been damaged or lost if we do not receive prompt notification from you regarding the issue or if the returned parcel is not in the same condition as when it was originally shipped.
