Conditions for Return 

To qualify for a return of the items, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

•    The purchase of the items took place within the past 7 days.

•    The items remain in their original packaging.

However, take note that the following items cannot be returned:

•    The items which are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

•    The items which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

•    The items which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned.

We reserve the right and sole discretion to refuse returns of any item that does not meet the above return conditions.

Refunds are applicable only to regularly priced items. This exception may not be applicable to you if it is prohibited by relevant legal regulations.

How to Return 

You are accountable for both the expense and the risk associated with returning the items to us.

We cannot assume liability for any damage or loss of items during the return shipment process. Hence, we strongly advise using an insured and traceable mail service. We are unable to initiate a refund without concrete evidence of either the actual receipt of the returned items or proof of successful return delivery.
